Dai Pai Dong, literally translated as Big Licence Stall, is a distinctive food culture of Hong Kong. Sadly, the number of Dai Pai Dong stalls are decreasing due to government regulations related to urban planning and issues of hygiene. A lot of Hong Kongers and international tourists who are attracted to the local tradition are not happy. Would there be appropriate measures that the stalls would be able to blend in with the modern cityscape?

Around the world
What will the future of Dai pai dong culture look like? Are there other similar examples of culture clashing with government regulations in other parts of the globe?
